Photo I.D. All foreign guests must have with them a valid passport and B2 tourist entry card at check-in in order to avoid V.A.T. payment.
Terms of agreement
Your credit card number is needed to secure your reservation and might be used in case of damages caused by you. Payment for your reservation is upon arrival. Providing the credit card number and its details constitutes your agreement to this contract.
To avoid any doubt: This booking confirmation form constitutes agreement and approval for all parts of the reservation.
Terms of cancellation or change:
Low season:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the day of arrival without cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival will be charged –
100 NIS cancellation fee per room.
Cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the day of arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.
High season: (Holydays, July, August)
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival -no cancellation fees.
Cancellation between 30 to 14 days before arrival -100 NIS cancellation fee per room.
Cancellation between 14 to 7 days before arrival- will be charged 50% of the reservation value.
Cancellation 7 days before the arrival date or no-show will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.

The mitzpe-hashalom hotel (hereinafter, the “hotel”) believes that it very important to safeguard the privacy of the users of the website: www. mitzpe-hashalom.co.il (hereinafter, the “Website”). This document details the privacy policy applied on the Website and reviews, among other things, the way the hotel uses information collected from the users on the Website.
Personal information (such as term is defined below) will be stored in the hotel’s databases and any use of it will be made in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy or the provisions of any law.
You are not required by law to provide the personal information listed below. Nevertheless, it is possible that without providing the aforementioned information we will not be able to provide you with all or some of the services. By continuing to use the Website, you are expressing your consent to this policy and to the collection of personal information about you according to this privacy policy, as detailed below.

The Hotel will collect and use the Personal Information solely in accordance with the provisions of the law, including the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741 – 1981, and the regulations established pursuant to it. In most cases, the Hotel will use the Personal Information in the cases below and for the following purposes:
Providing services, performing an agreement with you or entering into such an agreement, including in the case of registering for the Website or for any activity of the hotel or of anyone on its behalf, including for the purpose of verification, identification, or any other action required for the purpose of managing and operating the Website, activity of the hotel or of corporations on its behalf or entities related to business or related or other services.
Establishing contact and delivering messages, including via SMS, WhatsApp, email and/or messages within the Website, including direct mail;
Service offerings; sending and presenting marketing and advertising content, including personalised advertisements;
The operation of the Website, its development, improvement and management as well as the improvement of the service and its adaptation to the customer;
Identifying you, verifying your identity and fulfilling other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the hotel.

The Hotel and/or someone on its behalf may contact you in the future by direct mail based on the Personal Information, in accordance with the consent given by you at the time of registration, when registering or joining one or more of the Hotel’s services, including marketing and/or advertising offers, as well as regarding updates and offers regarding services of the Hotel and/or other corporations on its behalf and/or regarding the upgrade of an order placed by a user of any kind and type in the various mailing methods. In addition, it is possible that the Hotel will send you messages (including “push messages” to your device, SMS messages or emails) concerning the user’s activity on the Website.
It is clarified that the user has the right, at his request, to be deleted from any of the databases of the Hotel and/or anyone on its behalf, to instruct that information relating to him not be provided to a person, type of people or to certain people and all for a limited or permanent period of time, or to request the removal of his name from the mailing list for sending referrals, and all this by marking the appropriate box in the emails that are sent (if any are sent), changing the settings on the Website or by sending a written message to the Hotel stating the request to be deleted from the database (using the contact details that appear in the Website regulations), as applicable.

Despite the advanced measures we take, we cannot guarantee the absolute security and preservation of the information and we cannot guarantee that our servers will be completely immune from unauthorised access to the information stored on them. Therefore, the Hotel is not responsible and will not bear any responsibility in case of intrusion or hacking and/or any damage that may be caused beyond its control.
Saving the information
We will keep the Personal Information for the period of time required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations imposed on us by law, including reporting obligations. In order to determine the appropriate period of time for keeping the Personal Information, we will consider, among other things, the purpose of its collection, its scope, nature, sensitivity, the risk that may be caused by unauthorised access to the Personal Information and the period of time during which we may be required to have the Personal Information for the purpose of complying with legal requirements or for the purpose of conducting legal proceedings.

The Hotel reserves the right to update, from time to time, the provisions of this privacy policy. In the event of such a change, the Hotel will display the updated policy on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the privacy policy has been updated constitutes the user’s consent to the terms of the updated privacy policy.

You can review the information about you that is held in the Hotel’s databases, either by yourself or through your representative who has been authorised to do so in writing or through a guardian who has been appointed for you, subject to the provisions of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appealing a Refusal of a Request to Review), 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter, the “Reviewing Regulations”). The Hotel will respond to your request within 21 days of receiving the request, unless this period has been extended in accordance with the Reviewing Regulations.
In your application, you must specify all the details required in accordance with the Reviewing Regulations, including your first name, I.D. number, father’s name, address (including post code), the reasons for the review request and the type of information that is requested to be reviewed.
Should you find that the information held in the Hotel’s databases is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, you can request to correct or delete the information about you. The Hotel will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving the request, unless this period has been extended in accordance with the Reviewing Regulations.
